chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 4
Anti-hMIP-1-β specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.
Produced from sera of goats pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant hMIP-1-β (human MIP-1-β).
If you buy Antibodies supplied by proscience they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.
ACT2, G-26, HC21, LAG1, LAG-1, MIP1B, SCYA2, SCYA4, MIP1B1, AT744.1, MIP-1-beta, C-C motif chemokine 4, G-26 T-lymphocyte-secreted protein
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
MIP-1B antibody is stable for at least 2 years from date of receipt at -20 grades C. The reconstituted antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-8 grades C. Frozen aliquots are stable for at least 6 months when stored at -20 grades C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
ELISA:To detect hMIP-1-β by direct ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.15 - 0.30 ng/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2 ng/well of recombinant hMIP-1-β. Sandwich:To detect hMIP-1β by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25 - 1.0 ug/mL of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with our Polyclonal Anti-Human MIP-1β (XP-5235) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant hMIP-1β.Western Blot:To detect hMIP-1-β by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 ug/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hMIP-1-β is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
