CCL3 antibody was made against a 14 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of CCL3.

CCL3 antibody is supplied in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Please note this product is expected to recognize the products of 2 different genes which are almost identical.

If you buy Antibodies supplied by proscience they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.

CCL3 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.

ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 26+28 kDa (doublet) and 40 kDa in human bone marrow and spleen lysates after 0.1 ug/mL antibody staining.The 26+28 kDa doublet was also found in human lymph node and in tonsil lysates.2 kDa according to NP_066286.1. The detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide (and BLAST results with the immunizing peptide sequence did not identify any other proteins to explain these bands).
